Please note: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services do not come with a refund policy based on results. SEO is a long-term process that depends on multiple external factors such as search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions, which are beyond our control. While we implement proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings or timelines, and therefore, no refunds are applicable for SEO services once the work has commenced.
For other services, if after confirmation you decide to step back before the work has started, the amount charged may be considered for a refund and credited to the customer’s bank account within five working days, subject to review.
